Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a dependable Rehab Aide for a full-time role at Autumn Lake at The Willows in Woodbridge, CT. You will support residents and the rehabilitation team, prepare therapy areas, escort residents to appointments, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, exposure to PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA professionals, and daily opportunities to learn patient care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working directly with residents and as part of a team.
• Healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in therapy or healthcare is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize therapy areas for daily treatment sessions
• Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments
• Clean and sanitize rehabilitation equipment
• Keep the therapy gym organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist with general department tasks and daily operations
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for residents
