Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Rehab Aide - Part Time to join our team. You will support therapists, transport patients between sessions, and help with daily care tasks in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule.
• Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed.
• Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations.
• File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies.
