Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is seeking a Rehab Aide to join our fast-paced, patient-centered clinic. You will assist with rehabilitation exercises, patient education, and support therapy services in a dynamic setting.

We value energetic, dependable team players with good communication and computer skills. A BS/AS in Exercise Science or a Personal Trainer certification is preferred but not required; we offer training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or related field or Personal Trainer Certification preferred, but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in health/fitness/healthcare setting desired.
• Energetic, friendly, motivated team player with good communication.
• Comfortable using the computer and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
• Perform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises per treatment plan
• Consult with doctor regarding home exercise outcomes and document in EHR
• Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; set up spinal decompression therapy
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
• Manage patient flow through the office
• Social media marketing
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing
