Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is seeking a high-energy, patient-oriented Rehab Aide to join our team. In this fast-paced clinic, you’ll help patients return to activities they love through rehabilitation and wellness services.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, a training-focused environment, and opportunities for bonuses based on experience and performance. Strong communication and computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• An energetic, friendly, motivated, team player.
• Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
• Comfortable using the computer and learning new systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a health/fitness/healthcare setting is desired.
• BS/AS degree (or currently pursuing) in Exercise Science or related field or a Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan.
• Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings and notes in EHR system.
• Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; set up patients for spinal decompression therapy.
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Social media marketing.
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing.
