Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is seeking a high-energy Rehab Aide to join our fast-paced clinic. You will guide patients through rehabilitation and exercise plans, assist doctors, and support marketing efforts in a dynamic environment.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours with opportunities to train and advance. Strong people skills and computer comfort are essential, and certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly, motivated, team player requested.
• Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
• Comfortable using the computer and learning new systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a health/fitness/healthcare setting desired.
• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or related field or Personal Trainer Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Perform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises per Treatment plan.
• Consult with doctor regarding outcomes of home exercises and document in EHR.
• Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; prepare patients for spinal decompression therapy.
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Support social media marketing and community outreach.

A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required. If you have the right personality, drive, and desire, we can train you for this position!

Rehab Aide Primary Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
• Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan
• Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings and notes in EHR system
• Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; set up patients for spinal decompression therapy
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
• Manage patient flow through the office
• Social media marketing
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing

• This position is an opportunity for part-time or full-time hours depending on candidate goals
• Position is primarily Monday through Friday with potential for weekend community marketing events
• Hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity for bonuses.
