HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Specialist to join our team. We are a fast-paced clinic offering chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and wellness services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in health/fitness/healthcare setting desired.
• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• Personal Trainer Certification preferred, but not required.
• Energetic, friendly, motivated, and a team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Perform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises per Treatment plan.
• Consult with doctor on home exercises and document in EHR.
• Apply therapies (scraping, cupping, taping) and set up spinal decompression.
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Social media marketing and Community outreach marketing.

HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Specialist to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and other wellness services.

If you are energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, and a team player, we should talk! And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital. A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required. If you have the right personality, drive, and desire, we can train you for this position!

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a health / fitness / healthcare setting is desired.
• BS/AS degree (or currently pursuing) in Exercise Science or related field or a Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required.

Chiropractic Assistant Primary Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
• Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan
• Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings and notes in EHR system
• Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; set up patients for spinal decompression therapy
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
• Manage patient flow through the office
• Social media marketing
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing

• This position is an opportunity for part-time or full-time hours depending on candidate goals
• Position is primarily Monday through Friday with potential for weekend community marketing events
• Hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity for bonuses.
