Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation in Boston is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care in a large outpatient clinic. Under licensed rehabilitation clinicians, you assist with exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy, while keeping treatment areas clean and organized.
This is an active, patient-facing role requiring standing, walking, and movement. The position is onsite at 300 First Avenue, 40 hours per week, day shift.

The Rehabilitation Aide supports patient care and the daily operation of a large, fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Working under the supervision of licensed rehabilitation clinicians, the aide assists with patient care activities, including exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy sessions, while also playing an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared clinical environment through cleaning and organizing treatment areas and equipment and providing general clinic support. This is an active, patient-facing position with frequent interaction with patients and staff and requires frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the clinic, hospital, and other patient care areas.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
