Job summary

Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to coordinate referrals and admissions for acute inpatient rehabilitation. You will build strong relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors and other referral sources to ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings.

Qualifications

• Current Clinical License is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal departments and external referral sources to ensure smooth admissions.
• Collaborate with Case Coordination and Medical Director on patient placement and screenings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, payors, and other referral sources.
• Support timely and accurate referral and admission processes.
