A regional healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Rehab Admissions Liaison for a PRN role across multiple locations in Virginia. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• 2 years of clinical experience in an acute rehab, acute care or case management setting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with discharge planners and Physicians to resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers promptly for any unmet needs.
• Make marketing calls/visits for referral development.
• Respond to voicemail messages within one hour during business days.
• Communicate admission decisions clearly, including reasons for delays.
