Qualifications

  • Knowledge of civil, sanitary, environmental engineering applied to water systems.
  • Experience interpreting statutes, regulations, policies for water/wastewater utilities.
  • Engineering economics and utility rate making knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect complex water and wastewater facilities and evaluate filings.
  • Interpret technical data and engineering plans; prepare reports.
