Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, etc.) or related field.
• Advanced degree in science, math, engineering, or business preferred.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership and presence; ability to interact with senior management.
• Experience working in a complex and matrix environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management leadership in support of GRPTs; develops schedules and wave plans to ensure regulatory milestones are planned and tracked.
• Facilitates GRPT meetings and related sessions; ensures action items are completed and shares highlights with stakeholders.
• Interacts with stakeholders across the enterprise to communicate milestones and progress.
• Drives GRPT operations; keeps team sites, rosters, charters, and schedules up to date.
• Plans and executes medium-to-high complexity process improvements and leads change initiatives.
• Demonstrates regulatory knowledge and problem-solving in assigned initiatives; supports governance processes.
• Develops relationships and delivers clear, influential written reports and presentations for audiences.
• Coordinates deliverables and maintains process models; tracks budgets, contracts, and metrics.
