Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Technical Regulations & Standards Engineer for HD & Aero NU+CM&U Projects and Contractual services in Houston, onsite from Day 1. The role supports GPTC for TRS compliance of HD New Units, CM&U services, and all contractual services/outages.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 7–10 years of relevant experience in power plants, technical regulations, CE/regulatory liaison, and equipment design for hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in power plant environments (GT, ST, generator).
• Strong knowledge of technical regulations and standards.
• Experience interacting with CE Notify Bodies and regulators.
• Experience with TR&S assessments and documentation reviews.
• Experience designing controls systems.
• Experience with ERP systems for parts compliance.
• Experience designing equipment for hazardous areas.

Responsibilities

• Compliance analysis for vendor integration and regulatory issues.
• Prepare compliance information and conduct KOM with stakeholders.
• Provide liaison support for project engineering and design teams.
• Review and validate DoC/DoI, EMC, ATEX/IECEx/CSA and related docs.
