Our client in the research and development sector seeks a Regulatory Specialist to join the Regulatory Affairs team in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities include supporting R&D regulatory needs, developing regulatory plans, and ensuring compliance for research projects and sample shipments.

The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree and has experience in regulatory activities within a lab, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, regulatory affairs, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Experience supporting regulatory activities in R&D, lab, life sciences, pharma, or biotech preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for research activities and import/export of research samples preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D teams on regulatory requirements for projects.
• Develop and maintain regulatory plans to support goals, timelines, and compliance.
• Monitor regulations and internal procedures affecting research activities and sample movement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address regulatory questions and resolve issues.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory records, submissions, and documentation.
