Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Subject Matter Expert – Regulatory / Scientific to validate, design, and enrich highly specialized training curricula for FDA regulatory reviewers and scientific personnel.

This remote role requires occasional on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD and a current or attainable Public Trust clearance. You will collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers to translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical case studies, simulations, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regulatory, scientific, or technical roles.
• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required.
• Deep understanding of regulatory review processes and documentation practices.
• Experience reviewing and co-developing courseware and practical exercises.
• Familiarity with continuing education, credentialing, and accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate, design, and enrich training curricula for FDA regulatory reviewers and scientists.
• Translate regulatory frameworks into practical case studies, simulations, and role-based training modules.
• Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers to ensure technical accuracy and scientific validity.
• Support development teams with assessments, exercises, and validated training materials.
