Manus Bio Inc. seeks a Manager, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory strategies for the natural products portfolio, including sweeteners, flavors, fragrances, agricultural chemicals, and pharmaceutical starting materials.

You will engage with authorities worldwide to advance approvals and represent Manus in regulatory forums. The role requires extensive experience in regulatory affairs, strong scientific writing, and leadership across diverse teams to drive approvals and ensure

Qualifications

• PhD/MS in Applied Biological Sciences, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Safety/Toxicology or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in scientific and regulatory affairs, with food industry or regulatory background.
• Experience obtaining global regulatory approvals for GRAS substances, novel foods, food additives, flavor/fragrance materials, and expanded ingredient use.
• Experience with US/EU/EU EFSA and Codex/JECFA regulatory processes; familiarity with EPA/FIFRA and EU 1107/2009.
• Strong technical writing skills for regulatory documentation and ability to interpret complex scientific data.

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategic development and implementation of regulatory programs for the natural products portfolio.
• Engage with global regulatory authorities to progress approvals and represent Manus in SRA-related trade organizations.
• Provide regulatory support across innovation pipelines and existing products; communicate regulatory updates to the business team.
• Lead and develop regulatory strategies to achieve timely approvals and market access.
