Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Regulatory Risk Manager to lead accreditation readiness, coordinate due diligence with accrediting bodies, and mentor new team members. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented stakeholders management across Quality, Compliance, Legal, and Pharmacy Operations to align policies with evolving standards.

The position supports the Regulatory Operations team in maintaining audit readiness, addressing findings, and driving continuous improvement in accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing experience.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Amazon Pharmacy and external accrediting bodies (URAC, NABP, LegitScript) and vendors.
• Own completion of accreditation audits including evidence compilation, policy submission, and onsite review facilitation.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions across departments and leadership to address deficiencies.
• Develop clear communications to leadership on accreditation requirements and impact.
