Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these.
• 7+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, consulting, or internal Audit.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a highly collaborative team environment and manage time to ensure regulatory deliverables are completed within established timeframes.
• Develop and maintain the methodology, engaging the right business leaders and resources for regulators, with clear milestones and roles.
• Provide regulatory intelligence and insights to divisions to anticipate engagement needs and minimize risk.
• Oversee and review regulatory responses across the full lifecycle, integrating commitments into proactive risk management efforts.
• Drive consistency and automation in reporting and processes; coordinate timely responses to inquiries and regulatory reporting requirements.
