Job summary

BMO in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced Program Manager to contribute to regulatory program delivery and risk governance across multiple risk types. You will help design controls, coordinate evidence-based mitigations, and ensure adherence to the Bank's Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite.

You will collaborate with 1LOD/2LOD and internal stakeholders, translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes, monitor performance, and lead change initiatives while supporting

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Program management and governance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to governance and control requirements for products, processes and channels.
• Supports development and coordination of risk-based controls across multiple risk types.
• Develops risk mitigation strategies and implements evidence-based controls.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in evaluation and implementation of internal control systems.
• Supports execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Builds relationships and ensures alignment among stakeholders.
