Job summary

Svitla Systems Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting) for a full-time role, based in Europe. You will lead delivery of regulatory reporting projects across international clients, ensuring quality and timely execution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a finance/CS background, 2+ years in FinTech or regulatory reporting, and hands-on experience with AxiomSL, WKFS, Moody’s, or Regnology. Fluency in English and strong client management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions, with hands-on experience implementing AxiomSL, WKFS, Moody’s, or Regnology products.
• Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.
