Job summary

Overview

Join a dynamic Regulatory Relations team supporting compliance and engagement efforts for a group of regulated entities, including global trade repository operations. This role plays a key part in managing interactions with domestic and international regulatory bodies and ensuring timely, accurate responses to regulatory inquiries.

Location: Hybrid (based out of Hoboken, NJ)

Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 base salary, plus bonus

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and global regulatory authorities
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory requests by gathering information across departments and levels
  • Review and track regulatory submissions for completeness and timeliness
  • Organize and manage onsite regulatory examinations, including meeting logistics and document preparation
  • Prepare briefing materials and key messaging for meetings with regulators
  • Draft internal reports, summaries, and other documentation for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support internal reporting related to examinations, meetings, and ad hoc regulatory matters
  • Uphold compliance standards by following established procedures and identifying potential risks
  • Provide general support to the Regulatory Relations leadership team as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with global regulatory bodies such as ESMA, FCA, MAS, or similar authorities
  • Experience in derivatives or financial markets is a plus
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate global time zones
