Job summary

Meta seeks a Regulatory Readiness Program Manager to lead cross‑functional work across AI, Privacy, Integrity, and Security. You will partner with Legal, Policy, Operations and Product to translate external pressures into actionable product plans, and to drive alignment while navigating ambiguity.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, senior strategic thinking, and experience delivering structured regulatory responses and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy, management consulting, or related experience.
• 3+ years partnering with cross-functional teams including legal, policy and product.
• 2+ years in regulatory response, risk management, compliance, or information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Meta's response to laws and external regulatory pressures related to AI.
• Define requirements and align on a response strategy across partners.
• Ensure Product understands external pressures identified by Legal and Policy.
• Lead gap analyses between new regulations and product positions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration models.
• Scale regulatory readiness through process optimization and mentoring.
• Drive progress on priority work streams with clear decision frameworks.
• Prepare communications and progress tracking for leadership audiences.
