Responsibilities

• Gathers information for the General Rate Case (GRC) from departments and districts
• Develops revenue requirement forecasts using complex financial models
• Drafts testimonies explaining historical spending and supporting future projections
• Prepares and edits GRC responses for Commission staff and intervenors
