Job summary

Computype, Inc. is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist based at our Saint Paul, MN headquarters.

You will manage product and process regulatory compliance activities and serve as the central contact for external questionnaires and information requests related to quality, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and maintain regulatory documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, product compliance, quality, manufacturing, environmental compliance, supply chain, or a related field; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of product and chemical regulatory requirements such as REACH, RoHS, Proposition 65, PFAS, TSCA, or similar regulations; ability to research and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear responses.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple compliance programs and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve compliance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer, supplier, government questionnaires and information requests related to quality, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and Company practices.
• Coordinate with internal experts to obtain, validate, and document information for regulatory requests.
• Maintain a centralized library of completed questionnaires and supporting documentation for consistency and faster responses.
• Monitor requests, set priorities, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve response efficiency.
