Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Regulatory Project Manager for a contract role in New York, NY. This position involves leading quality assurance efforts, managing client migrations for Repo and US Treasury Bond transactions, and working collaboratively with Sales, Trading, and Legal teams. A background in Capital Markets, proven project management in regulated environments, and advanced Excel skills are essential. The contract duration is 7+ months with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with a proven ability within Capital Markets.
• Strong project management experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Understanding of the US Treasury market and proven track record in test management.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts as Test Manager.
• Work with Sales, Trading, Legal on legal documentation and onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for Front Office Traders, Sales, and managers.
• Own project planning and tracking across deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end change impacts with internal teams.
• Define client migration strategies with Sales and Management.
• Lead client migrations for Repo and US Treasury Bond transactions.
