Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Program Manager, Regulatory Operations in Dallas to lead interpretation and communication of regulatory standards and coordinate Joint Commission surveys. You will drive compliance across departments, provide training, and review policies to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare; 3 years of healthcare experience required.
  • Master’s degree in healthcare; 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Five years of experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Three years of regulatory compliance and accreditation required.
  • RN or clinical licensure required upon hire.
  • CPHQ within 3 years of hire required or CPPS within 3 years of hire required.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret regulatory standards and explain impact on quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate Joint Commission survey activities and other regulatory surveys.
  • Conduct regulatory tracers to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS and others.
  • Provide regulatory/accreditation training as needed.
  • Review policies to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively communicate upcoming standards and regulatory updates.
