Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Program Director to lead Product Compliance initiatives from scoping to regulatory approval. You will manage the product compliance team, align with VP Product Compliance, and drive delivery across North American markets for iCasino, digital betting, and poker platforms.

You will build scalable processes, coordinate with regulators and independent labs, and mentor a growing team while shaping strategy and ensuring on-time outcomes in a dynamic regulatory

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery as a Program Manager, Sr. Project Manager, or equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years of experience within the regulated gaming industry.
• Work very closely with the VP of Product Compliance to build out and define team operations processes.
• Detailed knowledge of Product or IT delivery processes and approaches in use across the market, i.e., Agile, Scaled Agile.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, technical and non-technical, internal and external, regarding project and process management.
• Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs.
• Experience in process management and process improvement, specifically within an agile product organization.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding team members to expand the team as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead Caesars Digital business initiatives from requirements scoping to regulatory approval.
• Manage the Product Compliance team’s day-to-day work, holding the team and stakeholders accountable to deliver key projects.
• Develop and implement processes to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of Product Compliance project collateral.
• Build strong relationships with regulators and independant testing labs as escalation point.
• Lead the Product Compliance workstream within Caesars Digital’s expansion portfolio across North America.
• Inform Product Technology groups about approval timelines for new markets and products.
• Coordinate submission and approval processes for multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members on agile practices and operations.
• Escalate issues and propose optimal solutions to stakeholders and partners.
