Job summary

Benchmark Insurance Company is seeking a Regulatory Product and Filing Specialist to maintain and prepare filings for all lines of business and to coordinate with Insurance Departments on regulatory matters.

The role involves preparing rate, rule and form filings, communicating with state departments, and assisting in underwriting compliance and filing issues related to rate and coverage forms. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years in insurance regulatory analysis & reporting.
• Experience with regulatory filings, licensing processes, and state Department of Insurance interactions.
• Knowledge of property and casualty licensing is highly desired, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rate, rule & form filings for ongoing and new lines of business.
• Communicate with state insurance departments regarding regulatory issues.
• Assist with underwriting compliance and filing issues for rate and coverage form changes.
