A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking a Regulatory Operations Executive to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations for Special Purpose Vehicles in structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of AML/CFT experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in compliance software. Responsible for ensuring that Special Purpose Vehicles that are incorporated as part of structured finance transactions in the Cayman Islands are complying with their regulatory obligations – specifically that SPV\'s are complying with their policies and procedures set up to facilitate compliance with the Cayman Islands Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing ("AML/CTF") regime.
