Streamlining Operations and Finding Solutions within Health Law | Firm Administrator at Boesen & Snow Law

Boesen & Snow Law is a law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on health law. Clients include individual healthcare providers and corporations related to healthcare delivery and support. Boesen & Snow employs ten attorneys, one clinical staff member, and twelve other professional staff members. We provide competitive health, dental, eye insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Summary: We have an immediate opening for a Regulatory Licensing & Credentialing Specialist – Pharmacy. This is a fully remote full-time position supporting our regulatory practice. The role involves managing licensing and compliance filings for our clients across the pharmaceutical distribution chain, including 503A and 503B pharmacies, device manufacturers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

You will work closely with a partner to identify required licenses, prepare and track applications, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. If you have direct experience with healthcare or pharmacy licensing and enjoy regulatory work, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Research and determine licensing requirements at the federal and state levels (FDA, DEA, Boards of Pharmacy, etc.).
• Prepare and submit license applications, renewals, amendments, and related filings.
• Manage and track Change of Ownership (CHOW) and Change of Location (CHOL) applications across all applicable jurisdictions.
• Maintain internal systems to monitor license statuses, deadlines, and renewals.
• Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and address follow-up requests from regulators.
• Monitor changes in relevant state and federal laws impacting licensing and credentialing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or life sciences licensing or credentialing (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with licensing for pharmacies, manufacturers, distributors, and/or medical device companies.
• Experience working with the FDA, DEA, and state boards of pharmacy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online regulatory portals.
• Prior experience in a law firm or regulatory consulting firm (preferred).
• Excellent team member and experience training others.

Pay: $72,000-$98,000 annual salary
