Job summary

Founders Property Management invites a Director of Regulatory Services and Legal to lead legal, regulatory, and entity-management efforts across the organization. You will coordinate investor relations filings, licensing, and insurance programs while supporting property management and corporate teams.

The role requires broad experience in real estate law, corporate governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executives and lenders. Based in Paradise Valley, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or similar credential preferred.
• 8+ years of directly relevant real estate corporate in-house/legal experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive landlord/tenant and investor relations communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, and entity-management support across the company.
• Maintain corporate records, file formation documents, and handle annual reports.
• Prepare and file IRS forms, registrations, and licenses for entities.
• Oversee investor relations documentation and SEC/Blue Sky filings as needed.
• Manage insurance programs and risk mitigation for properties and corporate assets.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing with attorneys and lenders.
• Provide ongoing guidance to property management and executive teams on regulatory matters.
