Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with regulatory research and enforcement precedents.
• Draft memoranda, briefs, and other regulatory documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and compliance issues.
• Collect and organize evidence for enforcement proceedings.
• Prepare for administrative hearings, depositions, or other proceedings.
• Review documents for regulatory investigations.
• Draft correspondence to regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Support development of compliance policies and procedures.
