Job summary

Veeva Systems, based on the East Coast with offices nationwide, seeks a Regulatory Intelligence Analyst in Radnor, PA. You will monitor regulatory guidance, translate requirements, and inform Product Management and internal teams to keep products compliant across global health authorities.

The role emphasizes research, interpretation, clear communication, and collaboration within a supportive team. Travel to Veeva offices may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience understanding regulatory processes and requirements across life sciences functions.
• Strong research, analysis, and interpretation skills to identify relevant source information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex requirements for diverse teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient with office software and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory requirements related to the product and implement best practices for monitoring, interpreting, and communicating changes to internal teams
• Proactively monitor, investigate, interpret, and communicate changes to regulatory requirements that may impact the current product
• Proactively monitor the global regulatory landscape for upcoming health authority initiatives or projects that may impact the product in the future
• Work directly with product management to translate regulatory requirements into Veeva’s framework for use within our suite of applications
• Translate long and complex regulatory guidance into clear, concise, and easy‑to‑understand information for different internal teams
• Work with a team of Regulatory Intelligence Analysts to continually improve the processes and tools used for collecting, documenting, managing, and communicating regulatory intelligence
