Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking an Innovation & Portfolio Compliance Manager to ensure compliant, on-time product launches across North America. You will validate formulas, packaging, and labeling per U.S./Canadian regulations and act as the regulatory checkpoint to protect brands.

You will own regulatory deliverables, provide guidance on claims and packaging reviews, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of AAFCO, FDA, and CFIA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in regulatory, quality assurance, or product deployment in a CPG/food context.
• Knowledge of AAFCO, FDA, and CFIA regulations preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regulatory deliverables for a portfolio of innovation projects.
• Serve as regulatory contact for PM and Graphic Chain to resolve roadblocks and meet timelines.
• Provide regulatory advice for product deployment including claim validation and packaging review.
• Maintain knowledge of NA regulations and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
• Support R&D and Product Design with regulatory guidance during development.
