Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology or related major.
• Transcript requirements: hydrology courses or equivalent experience.
• Two years of professional experience in surface water or groundwater hydrology or related fields.
• Ability to draft clear, organized technical documents.
• Experience with data collection and databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of water use projects with statutes and rules.
• Support enforcement, restoration, and monitoring including Calc Fen protection.
• Provide technical guidance to staff, governments and stakeholders on water management.
• Promote sustainable water resource conservation programs.
