Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Compliance professional to serve as the primary contact for state and federal regulatory examinations and to implement corrective actions addressing deficiencies cited in reports. You will coordinate responses, ensure timely deadlines, and work with regulators to maintain compliance across multi-state auto finance operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of multi-state regulatory requirements for auto finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators and management.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to state and federal requests for information.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations with agencies such as the CFPB, DOJ, FTC, SEC, NY DFS, DBO, TX OCCC and others.
• Develop corrective actions to address deficiencies cited in examinations.
• Schedule internal audits to monitor remediation effectiveness.
• Provide written responses to exception reports and audit results to regulators.
• Prepare internal reports on non-compliance incidents.
• Develop Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans for the board.
• Work with the Chief Compliance Officer to validate cited exceptions before remediation.
• Partner with business units to maintain monitoring policies and procedures.
