Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Director, Regulatory & Enterprise Risk to provide practical regulatory counsel across its pharmaceutical distribution and specialty pharmacy businesses. You will lead enterprise risk governance, collaborate with Compliance and business leaders, and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for multiple product lines.

The role requires substantial healthcare regulatory experience, strong business judgment and the ability to advise across diverse

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Approximately 7–10+ years of relevant healthcare, pharmaceutical or life-sciences regulatory legal experience.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory change management processes across pharmaceutical distribution and specialty pharmacy.
Provide regulatory legal counsel to business leaders and translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
Oversee enterprise risk governance and ERM program maturation.
Advise on FDA/FDCA, DSCSA, DEA, HIPAA/privacy and related frameworks.
Coordinate with Compliance, Licensing and other functions to ensure regulatory compliance.
