Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer to design and validate electrical/electronic components, subsystems, and algorithms. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 4–6 years of experience, strong EMC knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Typically, 4-6 years' experience.
  • Experience with electrical design, PCA/PCB, and system-level design.
  • Knowledge of EMC and energy efficiency testing (e-star and Lot 9).
  • Regulatory knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Designs electrical/electronic solutions for parts, subsystems, and algorithms.
  • Develops test plans for new and existing designs, including tolerances, shock, EMI, safety, and power.
  • Collaborates with management and partners on design status and issues.
  • Leads a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Represents the hardware team through all project phases.
  • Mentors less-experienced staff.
