SCN BestCo, a leading developer and manufacturer of dietary supplements and OTC products, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support regulatory documentation and certification across US and Canada. You will coordinate requests, maintain regulatory records, and collaborate with QA, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure timely responses and compliant processes.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in administrative coordination or document control.
• Strong MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and fulfill routine regulatory dossier requests for documentation and compliance records.
• Maintain regulatory records in designated systems and SharePoint repositories.
• Track outstanding documentation requests and follow up to meet timelines.
• Assist with regulatory registrations, licensing, and import documentation.
• Prepare regulatory reports and departmental metrics.
• Support implementation and maintenance of regulatory processes and systems.
