Job summary

Axle is seeking a Regulatory Document Coordinator and Training Manager to support NIH in Bethesda, MD. You will manage SOPs, WIs, and Training Modules for APF and BSL operations from drafting through approval, distribution, and archival.

You will coordinate cross-functional reviews, maintain version control, track training status, and prepare compliance reports to aid audits. A market-competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SOPs, WIs, and Training Modules.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals.
• Track training status and generate compliance reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and draft SOPs, WIs, and Training Modules per DFOM templates.
• Coordinate periodic reviews to keep documents current and accurate.
• Manage revision history, approvals, and distribution of controlled documents.
• Maintain training linkage to SOPs/WIs and monitor completion timelines.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation of qualifications and training.
