Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data governance professional to lead master data definition and ensure regulatory data quality across systems. You will oversee application/registration creation with GRS and drive data consistency in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong English fluency, knowledge of global regulatory submissions, and experience in data governance, with certifications in ISO IDMP or related standards being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, or related field.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations with data governance focus.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory submission and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory system structures to enable regulatory business needs.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate definition & recording of master data in alignment with data standards.
• Execute & oversee application/registration creation in collaboration with GRS.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
• Conduct regular QC, data audits, identify data issues, and adhere to data quality standards.
