Qualifications

• Demonstrable competence with large datasets: import, merge, validate data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with R Studio and Python.
• Familiarity with FFIEC reporting, Federal Reserve reporting, and regulatory structures.
• Expertise with bank regulatory data (call reports, CAMELS, public agency reporting).
• Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee primary data duties for regulatory reporting to support research and evaluation.
• Assemble large, complex data sets from multiple sources for regulatory needs.
• Review data submissions for quality; monitor variances and trends; advise management.
• Maintain database integrity through data entry, verification, and backups.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership briefings and decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.
