Responsibilities

• Healthcare Provider Counsel: Advise providers, health systems, and investors on regulatory compliance and operational matters.
• Life Sciences Regulatory: Support pharma, biotech, medical device, dietary supplement, and cosmetics companies on regulatory strategy and compliance.
• Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with corporate, transactional, litigation, IP, and white-collar groups on regulatory matters.
• Research & Advisory: Conduct regulatory research and draft submissions, delivering actionable counsel.
