The role provides regulatory counsel across healthcare provider and life sciences product regulations within an interdisciplinary environment alongside litigation, IP, and transactions teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare law, is licensed or eligible to become licensed, and demonstrates strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, including direct representation of hospitals, health systems, providers, or healthcare suppliers.
Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying, or eligible to become licensed.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; creative problem-solving ability; capacity to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively in deal and case teams.
Excellent academic credentials and professional references.

Responsabilités

Advise healthcare providers and suppliers on regulatory compliance and operations.
Support regulatory strategy for life sciences products across regulators.
Collaborate with corporate, transactional, litigation, IP, and white-collar defense groups on regulatory matters.
Conduct complex legal research and draft regulatory submissions, delivering actionable counsel to clients.
