Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare law experience, including hospitals, health systems or providers.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction or eligible.
• Strong researching, writing and analytical skills; able to work independently within teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory counsel to healthcare providers and life sciences companies on compliance and operational matters.
• Advise on regulatory strategy for pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, cosmetics and dietary supplements.
• Collaborate with corporate, transactional, litigation, IP and white-collar teams on regulatory issues.
• Conduct legal research, prepare regulatory submissions and deliver actionable guidance to clients.
