Job summary

J T in Seattle and other major U.S. offices seeks a mid-level associate for its Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Practice Group.

You will provide regulatory counsel to healthcare providers and life sciences companies, collaborating across corporate, litigation, and IP teams to support regulatory strategy and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of healthcare law experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage workstreams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of healthcare law experience, including representation of hospitals, health systems, or providers.
• Admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to become licensed.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; ability to manage workstreams with teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, operations, and supplier regulations.
• Support life sciences companies on regulatory strategy and compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate, transactional, litigation, and IP groups on regulatory matters.
• Conduct complex regulatory research, draft submissions, and provide actionable counsel.
