OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to support its fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer health business. The role will bridge complex healthcare regulations with rapid growth, ensuring marketing and operations scale responsibly.

The successful candidate will review digital ads and influencer content for FTC compliance, advise on FDA rules for prescription and compounded meds, and address HIPAA and patient consent in healthcare ecommerce funnels. JD and active bar in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of healthcare regulatory experience with marketing, advertising or promotional focus.
