Job summary

Sleep Doctor is seeking a seasoned Fractional General Counsel to lead the company's legal and compliance functions. You will own end-to-end regulatory matters, advise on healthcare policy including DME and telehealth, manage privacy (HIPAA), and oversee employment and commercial law. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role designed to reduce reliance on outside counsel.

Applicants must have a J.D. and active U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience with healthcare law expertise.
• Strong knowledge of DME regulations and telehealth standards across multiple states.
• Experience in digital health or health tech is strongly preferred.
