The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, thorough documentation, and staying current with FCA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and related requirements to support compliant lending.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying CFPB regulations to real estate transactions.
• Background in real estate law, title, or residential lending preferred.
• Proficiency with standard software and strong written communication.

• Review loan applications, credit approvals, and related documents for compliance.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate required actions pre- and post-close.
• Verify compliance with state and federal regulations during origination and closing.
• Conduct comprehensive loan documentation reviews before closing.
• Audit loan records for data integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Support training and process improvement initiatives within the department.
