To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background, confidence, and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing projects, preparing reports and deliverables, reviewing documents for accuracy, and leading local and regional environmental compliance marketing efforts. You will also develop and maintain client relationships, train and mentor staff, and serve as a regional point of contact for Environmental Compliance services.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Grow and expand existing environmental compliance services
• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables
• Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness
• Understand local and regional market dynamics
• Develop strong client relationships
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests
• Participate in developing local and regional marketing strategies
• Support safety initiatives and promote safety guidelines
• Evaluate problems and develop practical compliance solutions for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, civil engineering, or similar field
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
