Job description

A Fortune 50 Technology Company is looking for a Regulatory/Compliance Product Counsel with 5+ years' experience for a full-time 6-12 month contract engagement starting as soon as possible.

The work will involve supporting the company's Cloud team to analyze regulations and ensure compliance across the company's products.

In this role, the candidate will be working cross-functionally across the legal team to advise on any risk with regulations, specifically regarding competition, content regulation, and consumer regulations. Privacy and/or financial services regulatory experience would also be helpful, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise experience in regulatory and compliance, with a preference for candidates who have cloud experience.

• Candidates must be able to work full-time.
• The work will be performed remotely.
• Although posted as an hourly rate, the company's preferred pricing model is a daily rate with a budget of $950 - $1,050 per day.
• Candidate must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one of the United States
• To comply with client policy, the worker will be employed by a workforce solutions company (employer of record) for the duration of the engagement.
